Fair Haven provides a comfortable and convenient place near the hospital for patients and their families to stay.

Housing is provided at two locations, with the downtown apartments located near the IU Simon Cancer Center and Indiana University Health’s University and Methodist Hospitals, and the south side apartments located near Franciscan Health Cancer Center.

All lodging is provided at no charge to patients and their families.

Living Room

Fair Haven’s Apartments

Apartments are fully-furnished so that families don’t need to worry about what to bring with them.

Each of the one-bedroom apartments is equipped with at least two twin beds and a roll-away bed or couch; a fully-stocked kitchen with all appliances; a washer and dryer; all bed and bath linens; cable television and wireless internet.

Apartments are smoke-free and stocked with all of the basic necessities for daily living. Families need only to supply their own food and personal items.
